Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus GG (often known as LGG®) is one of the most researched bacterial strains in the world, with hundreds of human clinical studies. Research has explored its role in day-to-day digestive health, including how it behaves during and after antibiotic use, and how it may support overall gut comfort in people with sensitive digestion. Everyone’s gut is different, but this depth of evidence is why we’ve chosen LGG® as our “calmer gut” strain.
Each capsule delivers 12 billion CFU of LGG®, combined with a blend of soluble plant fibres – fructooligosaccharides (FOS), xylooligosaccharides (XOS) and acacia gum. These fibres act as a gentle food source for the bacteria, helping to create a more welcoming environment in your gut.
Our delayed-release capsules are designed to help the bacteria travel safely through the stomach and reach the gut, supporting targeted delivery you can rely on every day.
Recommended use
Take 1 capsule per day for the first 3 weeks, then 2 capsules per day from week 3 onwards, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
